Included in the venue hire are tables, chairs, plain white table cloths, cutlery & crockery, wine & champagne glasses, as well an after event cleaning service.
We offer kitchen facilities for external caterers.
You will enjoy exclusive use of the entire four star property. The package includes venue hire, the 8 beautifully appointed suites for the weekend & use of kitchen for catering services.

We have a list of caterers, florists and barmen who are available either in the mountain or from Tzaneen who we work with on a regular basis. Menus and prices can be obtained and forwarded for approval. Any décor (arches, candelabras, etc.) items can also be rented locally.
