Accommodation

The unique design features twelve north-facing luxury suites and one bachelor apartment.
A full suite comprises a bedroom with double bed and full en-suite bathroom and a comfortable sitting room with fully fitted open-plan kitchenette, a second bedroom with twin beds and en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle. In addition, the suite has three remote controlled split unit air conditioners and two television sets with DSTV providing Super Sport and Movie Magic channels. Guests thus have the choice of either

• a three roomed full suite apartment,
• a two roomed half suite with double bed and sleeper couch or
• a twin bedded room with en-suite bathroom with shower.

Each suite is decorated in pastel shades with matching curtains and comforters and purpose made oak furniture. High quality beds and bed linen is a norm at the lodge.

The lodge is fully accessible to our disabled guests and one suite has been specifically designed to cater for their special needs.

Bishops Lodge offers it’s guest a home away from home with it’s delightfully shaded courtyard complete with sparkling pool, barbecue and comfortable garden furniture.

Ample and safe off street parking is available.

The lodge is situated close to the city centre, restaurants, hospitals, airport and all of Kimberley's world famous “must see” attractions.

A Twin Room
 
  The twin room comprises a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite shower. There is a remote controlled air conditioner, a television with Movie Magic and Super Sport and tea/coffee making facilities.
 
B Half Suite
 
  The half suite comprises a bedroom with an en-suite bath and a open plan lounge/kitchen area. The bedroom has a double bed and is equipped with a remote controlled air conditioner. The kitchen is fully equipped for four people and has a fridge, microwave oven, and a small counter top stove with oven. The lounge is equipped with a remote controlled air conditioner, a television with Movie Magic and Super Sport channels, and a comfortable couch which can be folded out into a sleeper couch.

 
C Full Suite

  The full suite comprises two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and an open plan lounge/kitchen area. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a en-suite bath and the second room is equipped with twin beds and an en-suite shower. All rooms have remote controlled air conditioners and there are two television sets with Movie Magic and Super Sport channels. The kitchen is fully equipped for four people and has a fridge, microwave oven, and a small counter top stove with oven. The comfortable couch in the lounge can be folded out into a sleeper couch.

 
D Bachelor

  The bachelor unit is a spacious air conditioned room with a double bed and an en-suite shower, and a small kitchenette which is equipped for two people. The room has a television with Movie Magic and Super Sport channels.

 
E Disabled Facility

  The accessible room is a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom which has been specifically designed to suit the needs of our disabled visitors. The room is fully air conditioned and is equipped with a double bed, television with Movie Magic and Super Sport channels and tea/coffee making facilities. The design allows easy access for wheelchairs and the bathroom is fully accessible. Common areas such as Parking and reception have been designed with the specific needs of the disabled in mind.
