General Terms

BOOKINGS: Reservations made more than 30 days prior to arrival date: 50% of the Reservation cost payable within 14 days from the reservation date. Balance payable 30 days prior to arrival date. Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival date: Full itinerary payable within 48 hours. Booking is confirmed as soon as full amount is paid, failing which the reservation will automatically lapse.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME: Please note Arrival Time: 14.00 Check Out time is 10h00 in the morning. By accepting this reservation letter I understand and accept that the Owners / Trustees and Employees, will not be held liable for any injury, damage or loss, whatsoever, that may be sustained whilst on the premises.
