George is famous for all the excellent golf courses in the area.
George Golf Course is rated in the top 20 in South Africa and due to our excellent weather conditions, this stunning green course is playable all year round.
Fancourt Hotel and Country Club Estate boasts 3 of the best courses in South Africa and was home of the President’s Cup 2003 and thefirst Women's World Cup of Golf took place at Fancourt from 11 - 13 February 2005.
Some other courses in this area include the wind-swept course in Mossel Bay, to the harsh dry, semi-desert conditions in Oudtshoorn and then the majestic views of Pezula Golf Estate in Knysna. You will be able to experience quite different climates every day!
A few new courses have been added of late, these include Ernie Els’ Oubaai Golf Estate and the world famous Pinnacle Point Golf Estate in Mossel Bay.
Colin, a keen golfer himself, can arrange advance bookings at most of the golf courses, which have become essential during the peak summer seasons from November to April each year.
We have our own registered touring vehicles and can assist touring parties of up to 16 golfers.
