Cancellation Policy:

50 percent deposit payable to confirm booking.

Cancellations 0 to 3 days prior forfeit 100 percent of the deposit.
Cancellations 4 to 28 days prior forfeit 50 percent of the deposit

Cancellations more than 28 days prior forfeit 25 percent of the deposit
In the event of no show, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited.

On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, 18 on Kloof will refund the applicable amount, within 5 working days. 18 on Kloof levies a 10 percent administration fee on any refunds processed.
