Lana and Maggie Jordaan together with their staff welcome you to The Coachman Guest House in the historic Swellendam, South Africa's third oldest town.
Built in 1752, The Coachman is one of Swellendam's most unique guest houses. Together with our hospitality, you will find our home cozy, relaxing and within walking distance from restaurants, shops and museums.
The Coachman Guest House offers visitors 3 luxurious rooms and 2 luxury cottages in which to relax and unwind.
The two luxury garden suites are in the Cape Dutch vernacular- built to high specification. They each have their own patio, "Hot Art" fireplace, and off street parking area. Both have lovely views of the Langeberg Mountains.
There is a swimming pool - ideal for cooling off when it's hot - and a lovely secluded garden with many fine specimen trees, shrubs, indigenous plants such as cannas, and aloes. It too has beautiful views of the Langeberg mountains.
