Sit down, relax and let us serve you a meal of a lifetime in our airy thatched restaurant. Let us leave you with memories from heaven's kitchen. We serve both local Zambian cuisine and international cuisine in our main restaurant. In case you are running behind schedule on that journey, we can serve you with fast food from our Take-Away. Don't forget to ask for our smoked chicken that has become a favorite of many next time you drive past.

Beverages and Confectionary
Coffee
Do you like coffee? If your answer is "yes", you should definitely try our options of coffee.

Espresso - 30 - 40ml of black espresso coffee
Espresso Doppio - Also known as "Double Espreeso". Double amount of espresso and double the amount of water
Espresso Macchiato - Single serving of espresso topped up with a small quantity of frothed milk
Americano - Single serving of espresso topped up with 150ml of hot water
Café Latte - A latte mug filled with hot steamed milk, topped with a single serving of espresso and garnished with a cinnamon stick or chocolate.
Latte Macchiato - 1/3 cold milk, 1/3 hot milk and top up with hot frothed milk in a tall glass. A single serving of espresso is poured slowly through the froth.
Cappuccino - Single serving of espresso topped by dense frothed milk. Dusted with cocoa powder.
Iced Cappuccino - A single serving of espresso is poured over ice and add 1/3 cold milk. 1/3 frothed milk is poured on top.

Confectionary
Calm your sweet tooth with a range of our delicious freshly baked products. Try any of the following: muffins, croissants, Danish rolls, Swiss rolls, cakes, doughnuts and plum sandwich.

Drinks
The Lituwa offers a range of soft drinks, alcoholic drinks and milkshake. Also on offer are a range of natural juices and yoghurt.
